BIRTHDAY WEEKEND OOTD
Happy Thursday friends! Ya’ll this week has flown by…I cannot believe that it is Thursday and that tomorrow starts Spring Break for our family! We have plans to stay local and do some fun things throughout the week but also will be trying to juggle work in the middle of it as well so…it should be the best chaotic 10 days ahead! 😂
Before we head into this weekend and Spring Break I wanted to share with you the outfit that I wore last weekend as we celebrated my birthday! My in-laws took the kids for the weekend so Joe and I played tourist in Tampa/St Pete from brunch until about 8PM and this outfit was perfect for a day of fun!
I love an easy to wear comfortable outfit, you all know that by now but sometimes, you want to feel that in a little bit of an elevated way and this bodysuit and skirt totally fit the bill. We started with brunch, exploded around Hyde Park Village, went shopping at Tampa International, cruised through Ybor City, ended with Mexican food and drinks in St Pete and the entire day I felt cute but 100% comfortable for all the running around.
I paired them with Tory Burch Miller sandals but I would even wear cute sneakers with this outfit too if you needed a little more support. The skirt is the perfect length and the body suit tucked everything in and was perfect for the 85 degree weather we had last weekend.
My favorite part…when anyone asked about my outfit as we were exploring, I got to share that it was from my boutique! What a crazy feeling to get to say that! I pray that never gets old or less exciting! 😍 At the end of the day, my goal for Shop Rooted and Free is to curate a collection of pieces that help women feel comfortable and confident…I don’t think you need to sacrifice style or comfort especially when you have a fun day ahead!
