Hi friends! Happy Thursday and new arrival day for Shop Rooted and Free.

I had fully anticipated doing a recap today of our trip to Cali but truthfully, I am not feeling great so I took the morning off, took a nap and pushed that blog post out to next week. With my autoimmune disease, some days I just have to listen to my body more than my mind and today when I woke up and took the kids to school, it was screaming for some rest.

I don’t feel 100% but I feel so much better after that time off this morning which is a good thing because today, new arrivals launched and my to-do list was massive.

Today’s collection and launch was all about being comfy so we’ve got some great pants, jumpsuit and a few accessories to make them feel less like pajamas and more like you put a little effort into the comfort! I hope you love them as much as I do!
