Peloton Favorites
LOL, this is an old picture, apparently I need an updated Peloton selfie but, you get the picture. Literally.
I have since moved the Peloton inside because my boutique has quite frankly taken over the garage but, the love of my Peloton still stands.
Throughout my on-going heath issues, I have tried to stay consistent on my Peloton 3 days a week and while some weeks my body feels like it isn’t possible I always feel better on the weeks I push myself to do it.
Anyways, right now I am working through low impact rides and doing beginner rides when I feel a little better. I am doing some stretching and yoga then only doing strength when I can. For those that don’t know I have had some chronic health issues that are really effecting my muscles and joints but also causing a lot of fatigue, inflammation, pain and a host of other symptoms so anything I do needs to honor how my body is currently feeling.
Maybe you are going through something similar or maybe you are starting out in your fitness journey but I thought I would share some of my favs. I love my Peloton and have even been looking into getting the treadmill too so that I can walk inside of ride sometimes. We’ll see though.
Okay so lets jump in -
Favorite Ride Instructors // Right now, I am doing 20-30 min rides
Kendall will forever be my favorite. I love her style or teaching and love how much she pushes me. I haven’t done as many of her rides since she tends to do more intermediate and strength rides but she is my fav.
I love Ally, Emma, Hannah and Jess — I try to look for their classes first after Kendall
Favorite Class Instructions // Right now I do 10-20 min classes. Usually I just look for classes for the time limit I want to do and what I want to focus on like upper body, back, etc.
Rebecca is my favorite for stretching
Kristin is my favorite for yoga
Callie is my favorite for strength
Exercise is a journey. It’s one that we are all constantly adjusting and fitting to the season of life we are in. Right now, I am slammed with work and kids and going through some health stuff so this is what honors my body most. I just encourage you to do what you can and not have unrealistic expectations but instead set goals you can accomplish and feel good about.
