Amazon Lately
I went through a couple months where I wasn’t ordering much from Amazon. Not for any particular reason other than we didn’t really need anything and I didn’t want to just aimlessly spend money on stuff we didn’t need. It was actually funny to look at my Amazon orders and see hardly an order but gosh, lately we have needed so many random items and Amazon came to the rescue.
I am sure ya’ll can relate…who the heck wants to run to target for that one random thing you need. Or maybe like me if you don’t order right on the spot you are going to forget which is why I love Amazon Prime. I can order what I need when I need it without stopping what I am doing and running an errand. I try to support small businesses as much as I can but when it comes to these random items that I would need to shop big box stores for, I always hit up Amazon for the ease and convenience.
Anyways, here are some of my random but needed recent purchases….
Dishwasher Cleaner - Every so many washes I like to do a rinse and clean of our dishwater. We have hard water and it takes it toll on everything including the dishwasher. I have ordered these a few times and think they do a great job and are super affordable.
Epsom Salt - I wanted to make laundry scent booster and this is my favorite unscented epsom salt. The size is perfect for what I need it for and the price is right.
Mini Muffin Pans - One of the things I was most excited to make with my sourdough discard was mini muffins/little bites. The kids all 3 love to eat these for breakfast but not only are they horrible for you, they are so expensive for so little food which is why I wanted to make my own.
Wooden Toaster Tongs - When my Grandpa was here visiting this summer, the girls were using them and he loved them so I ordered him a pair for his house. My in laws actually bought our pair and we use them everyday with the toaster.
Stain Remover - I try to naturally get stains out first but when its a hard stain to remove, this is my go to. It works amazingly fast and has gotten out even the toughest stains. I order this again and again.
Dryer Balls - We needed new dryer balls so I reordered these. The price is right and they do the trick.
Mama Bear Apologetics - My small group is reading this book together this fall as our study. I haven’t started it yet since our small group doesn’t start for another couple of weeks but I am excited to dig into this with others.
Stanley Straws - My 30oz Stanley somehow is missing it’s straw so I needed a replacement. It was cheaper to order this whole pack and have back ups and because of their size, I can use them for any 30oz cup.
Love and Other Words - I read this book of the summer and loved it. I did a review of it here, and funny enough I already had read it in 2018 but didn’t realize until I was a few chapters in. The cute cover is what made me order it, lol.
I have ordered other random things like cheer shoes and tags for my boutique but these are the purchases that stood out the most to me that others may find helpful too! Let me know if you order anything and what you think.
