WHERE TO APPLY OILS

Hi friends, happy Wednesday!

Today, I wanted to share with you an easy graphic that I created for my Young Living team (and for myself too if I am being totally honest).

I know that it can feel very overwhelming when you decide to switch to a low-tox lifestyle, it can feel like you don’t know what you are doing and that can make it easy to give up BUT, you don’t have to feel overwhelmed or give up with the right tools.

When I first started using oils, I would only diffuse them…I didn’t really know how I could use them on my body (and my families too) so I set out to do some research so that I could use my oils to the best of their abilities! This is how the graphic above came to be! I made it for me, then shared it with my team and now I want to share with you too.

The best thing you can do when going low-tox is to feel empowered to use them and learn more about them. They are powerful tools that we have and when used consistently, we get the best results.
