Weekend Happies

Happy Monday friends!

This weekend was full of nothing but cheer and football and I am not mad about it! 😂

The girls had cheer on Saturday and they play mid-day so it usually takes up most of our Saturday. We slept in and relaxed a little and then got to their fields early to volunteer before their game. It was a hot but really fun day and when we finished we drove through Chick Fil A for dinner, got home and we crashed from the heat.

Sunday’s we usually head to church, brunch and then come home to do laundry, clean up, rest and get ready for the week ahead but instead, Joe and I headed to the Buccaneers game and had the best day date. Cam watched the girls for us and while they played with their friends and rested we were literally sweating our butts off in Tampa. Ya’ll I grew up in Florida and I swear it was the hottest day I have ever experienced.

We had the best day together and I always love going to see my team live in person but I came home with a wicked heat headache that will just not quit. So, I am calling it short and simple this Monday and sharing these happy moments from a Bulldogs and Buccaneers win. It was one of my fav weekends we have had but I am going to use today to catch up on everything I didn’t do yesterday and see if I can shake this headache with little screen time.
