VANILLA PROTEIN SHAKE

I have shared with you guys my favorite chocolate protein shake and today, I am sharing with you my favorite vanilla one! I love a protein shake because it helps curb my sweet tooth and keeps me full without snacking so I have been trying to make a real effort to incorporate them throughout my week/days.

I keep them simple so I hesitate to even call this a recipe but, it is a recipe nonetheless! 😀

Here is what I do to make a fruity vanilla protein shake…

Ingredients //

  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 handfuls of frozen fruit (your choice! I used a mix of strawberries, blueberries and mango)

  • 8-12 oz vanilla almond milk

Directions //

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend!
