Trader Joe’s Favorites
Friends, can you believe that it is already October? Holy moly this last half of the year is flying by so fast and I feel like before we blink it is going to be Christmas and New Years! It really is crazy true that they say the days are long and the years are short.
Anyways, last week I made a trip to Trader Joe’s because I was craving their fall snacks and I left there with a cart full of snacks and other goodies and I thought I would share with you guys my favorites today! If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s close by I know it is a bummer, it was for me too before we got one because both times they were 45 minutes away from home without traffic so I almost never went and I am so happy that one opened by much closer recently.
I will say, as a family of 4 I sometimes have a hard time shopping for all our meals at Trader Joe’s because the portion sizes are smaller so I have to buy multiple packs of something for dinner for example so I mostly go for fun snacks, things we can eat for lunch or make a spread of lots of things for dinner. If you are in the same boat, I highly suggest making trips every couple weeks to grab your favs and then use your regular grocery store of the rest of it which is what I do.
Okay, I will let the pictures mostly speak for themselves but here are some current favs from Trader Joe’s that I picked up. Some things are seasonal and some things are staples!
Grabbed these fun pumpkin pretzels as a holiday snack, we haven’t opened them yet (because we bought so many snacks) but they look so good and I can’t wait to open them soon.
I absolutely love their crackers especially the fun and unique flavors. I make lunch charcuterie boards, Joe will grab some before dinner and we will make big charcuterie boards on the weekends and these are perfect! Plus, the crispness of them is great for dips.
These are year round snacks and the girls love these for lunch! They also have a PB&J pack that the girls love so much too. I don’t buy them all the time because they will eat them all so fast but they are a fun treat.
Trader Joe’s premade mixes are the best in my opinion and they always do fall right. I grabbed these and can’t wait to make them! I did think I grabbed the GF cornbread mix but I guess I didn’t (lol) but in my opinion, their GF mixes taste the same as their non GF options so I always grab the GF! So so good.
The candy aisle gets me every single time. The PB cups will make you regret every decision because you will eat them all very quickly (ha!) and those cinna-dragons taste like a red hot and are my absolute favorite.
I bought 4 bags of these chips and the only bag left is half gone. Joe and the girls are obsessed with these chips. The bags aren’t very big which is why I buy so many of them. They are really good, the spice is just right and they are great dipping chips too.
Always lots of fun options for nuts - both sweet and salty. I love that they have so many fun flavors so we can make healthier choices but also feel like we are having a treat.
Last but not least this granola is so good, I eat these as snacks all the time. They taste great in yogurt and by themselves and I love having them on hand for snacking.
Okay, I grabbed a lot more but I will save those for another day but I would love to hear, what are your fav Trader Joe’s finds? Leave a comment below and let me know what I should grab on my next trip.
