THANK YOU FRIENDS

Hey friends! I am coming at you in comfy’s with a gluten attack after trying out some Crumbl cookies this weekend. I had never had the cookies before and they are all the rage so when a new one opened near us I knew I wanted to try them. Mistake #1, LOL. Because I don’t waver from my gluten free diet often, I sometimes forget how awful it makes me feel and while the cookies were delicious, they were not worth the pain. Ugh!

Anyways, this week because of the gluten attack I have been knocked off my feet…the stomach pain, the itchiness, the bloat, the brain fog, the joint pain and fatigue….it is the worst. If you too suffer from a gluten allergy/intolerance/sensitivity you totally understand the misery that has been my life this week.

Okay, maybe that is dramatic but ya’ll this sucks.

But, today I did want to hop on and thank you all for being on this journey with me. It has been almost one month since I opened Shop Rooted and Free and I have just been so blown away by all of the love and support! It has meant the world to me and every single order that comes in makes me smile bigger than the last! It is such a wild feeling seeing something that I have worked so hard on come to life and be put out into the world. Thank you for liking my posts, sharing my boutique and supporting my dream…I am just so grateful.

Side note, my friend got me this mug as an early birthday gift and it brought me so much joy! She knows how hard I have been working and this was such a cute and fun way to feel that love and support. Guys, just jumping on a pedestal here for a minute…it doesn’t take a lot to pump up your friends and let them know you see how hard they are working! I hope this can be a little encouragement to you to take a few minutes and remind a friend what a great job she is doing!

I have big plans for Shop Rooted and Free….we are doing our first Pop Up shop next month (click here to learn more) we have new arrivals scheduled for 3/3 and 3/17 and a collaboration collection dropping on 3/24 with one of my besties! And, all of that is just in March! 🥰
