No Bake Cheesecake

My Grandpa was here this past week and made these cheesecakes for us!

He has been making them since I was a little girl so it was so much fun for me to watch him and Savannah make these together for dessert. They were just as delicious as I remembered (I hadn’t had them in so long) and were gone very quickly in our house! He wrote down the recipe for me before he left so I wanted to share here too as a record but also to share the goodness that these simple cakes are!
