Meal Plan Monday (9.23.24)

Happy Monday friends!

Here in Florida we are gearing up for a potential hurricane (probably more rainy weather and tropical storm impacts in our area) and while it wasn’t formed yet they think it will by end of day and will intensify quickly. It is all part of living in Florida and we are always as prepared as we can be but I would be lying if I said that knowing that can turn in an instant isn’t part of my meal plan. We are going to do simple meals and plan for leftovers in case we were to lose power so I don’t grocery shop and then we lose a bunch of food.

This week I also carried over 2 meals that we didn’t use last week because the week shifted and the plans we had shifted so I am making sure to use those ingredients before buying more which is always my #1 meal planning advice, use what you have before you buy more…it will save you time and money!

So as always, today I am sharing my Monday Meal Plan with you and I will link to the recipes that I am using (if any) below. I hope that these meal plans inspire you to plan a little bit ahead to help make your days and weeks a little smoother (and your grocery bill a little lower!). This week we are keeping it extra simple as we still have family in town early this week and a busy week ahead with school, work and cheer.
