Meal Plan Monday (8.26)

Happy Monday friends!

We had a great weekend but I am also excited that it is Monday and I am ready to hit the ground running! On Friday, I had groceries delivered from Kroger for the week ahead and whew, it always feels nice to go into a weekend and Monday with a full fridge and pantry to go along with an organized meal plan.

As always, I am sharing my Monday Meal Plan with you and I will link to the recipes that I am using (if any) below. I hope that these meal plans inspire you to plan a little bit ahead to help make your days and weeks a little smoother (and your grocery bill a little lower!).

  1. Italian Meatball Soup

  2. Honey Chipotle Chicken Fajitas

  3. Unstuffed Bell Peppers

  4. Chicken Casserole

On Saturday the girls have cheer from 1:30-4:30 PM so we are going to plan to have dinner with friends every Saturday! And for Breakfast for Dinner (BFD) we usually do pancakes, bacon and eggs and keep it really simple!
