Meal Plan Monday (7.8.24)

Hi friends, happy Monday!

If you have been here a while then you know that I love meal planning and feel like it is my secret weapon for the week ahead. Well, okay maybe that is dramatic but seriously, if I didn’t meal plan I promise we would have no food and my grocery bill would somehow be double even though we have “nothing to eat”.

I usually meal plan over the weekend and try to use what we already have in the fridge and pantry so that I can reduce wasting food and then, I look at our calendar and see what we have going on so I can plan easier meals around busier nights.

I’ve shared my meal planning tips HERE, HERE and HERE. Clearly, I love a meal plan (ha!).

As I was making my meal plan and sharing it on social media (I have a bunch saved in a highlight) I thought that it would be helpful if I also started to share my meal plans here too for easy reference and where I can link back to recipes too!

Yesterday, we had Sunday Dinner with Cam and his girlfriend - I made a huge batch of baked ziti, homemade sourdough and a vanilla strawberry cake so we have leftovers for tonight which if I am honest, leftovers on a Monday feels like a huge win since they are usually really busy days/nights for us.
