Meal Plan Monday (1.13.25)

Hi friends, happy Monday!

Wow, it feels so good to be back on the blog & back on track with meal planning.

After a crazy busy holiday season with dozens of pop ups for Shop Rooted and Free and just the plain busyness of the holiday season I totally fell off meal planning, blogging and just about everything else that makes me feel organized and productive in life, ha! But, today I sat down to meal plan for the week, get myself organized and my groceries order and I cannot even tell you how amazing it feels!

So today I am back and my plan is to be back sharing every Monday my weekly meal plan with you. As before, I will link to the recipes that I am using (if any) below. Typically I find recipes from my favorite cook books, Pinterest and some of my favorite Instagram accounts - don’t be afraid to find dinner ideas and recipes all over, it will make meal planning easier and more fun!

I hope that these meal plans inspire you to plan a little bit ahead to help make your days and weeks a little smoother and your grocery bill a little lower!
