Life Lately & An Update

Hi friends!

Well, this month has officially kicked my butt and we are only (and not even quite) half way through March.

The month started with Joe having the flu, continued with Paisley getting sick and then turned into some really hard news we found out about a family member close to us. While I am not ready to share the news publicly (and neither are they) our family could really use your thoughts and prayers.

We are headed to South Carolina this week to spend time with family and while unexpected travel can be a little stressful on the back end I am really looking forward to seeing my family and spending quality time with them (for those that don’t know, we live about 10 hours or more from any of my family).

All that to say, I will likely be MIA from this space over the next week (even though I already was gone last week dealing with nonstop sickness in my house) and then we are headed off to Spring Break vacation which is so needed so March may look a little off around here but I promise to be back to normal in a couple weeks and to check in as much as I can throughout the next few.

I know that in the scheme of things, this little update may not matter and no one may even notice my abscense but in the case that it does, I don’t like to leave anyone hanging.

Even while I am away please know that I am praying for each of you and your families and missing our daily check ins here and on social.
