Happy Friday friends!

Gosh, I don’t know about you but I feel like I can’t believe it is already September! Where in the world has this year gone!

Today is going to be short and sweet as I prep to hit the road for a pop up tonight for Shop Rooted and Free. I also have a pop up tomorrow so it’ll be a busy and fun weekend over here.

But, let’s get started with some favorites from the week.

First up, cheer season continues to be in full effect over here! We are still waiting for our uniforms to arrive (supply chain issues are a killer!) but in the meantime we are loving the #sportyspice look! 😂

Last weekend the girls got to be water girls for the 8U team since Joe and I were there early to also volunteer and they had the best time. And, those neck fans were 100% worth it because 100 degrees is no freaking joke!

Speaking of the football field. Next week I am participating in a little event with our program so I launched a mini collection for football and cheer moms! It was fun picking this stuff out and I can’t wait to bring it to the field.

The girls are loving their new school and so am I! It was such a prayerful move and one that I am glad we did. But, not going to lie homework kills my soul some days, LOL.

I totally support having homework I just don’t always know how to help them and sometimes they are so tired at the end of the school day. So yesterday, we avoided homework a bit with some silly mirror selfies and apparently, I also avoid cleaning this mirror too! 😂

A least favorite is that fan and all those cords (#rentallife) but those girlies are my favorite!

A huge favorite of mine from the week…I took Tuesday off and went to get a facial. Then, I had a lunch date with Joe and took a little nap. I haven’t had a day off in a long time and when I am “off” it is because I am volunteering at cheer or school so it was nice to have a day where I was taking care of me. 10/10 recommend!

And finally…this seems silly because ya’ll Florida is hot! I went short again on my hair a few months ago and immediately regretted it when I realized I couldn’t get my hair off my neck. My hair can finally be in a high ponytail/messy bun and I am here for it. #IYKYK
