Favorite GF Snacks

I went gluten free (GF) years ago for my GI issues and while I have become a less more tolerant of gluten I still eat GF most of the time. Over the years I have tried so many different snacks and some of them are just plain gross (no other way to say it lol) so today, I rounded up for you some of my favs if you are on the hunt for some yourself!

  1. Beef Sticks - I love this brand because they are clean and really yummy. These are great grab and go snack and come in many different flavors. You can get them at many different stores but I think Amazon has the best price.

  2. Granola Bars - I love a good granola bar and these Kind bars have great flavor! This flavor is my favorite and I love that I can buy them in bulk online. Again, they have different flavors which is great so you can switch it up.

  3. Fig Bars - Welp, these make me feel like I am 90 years old but dang, I love them so much. They are better than a Fig Newton and really are my go-to if I am running out of the door and need a quick snack to take with me.

  4. Rice Krispies - I went from 90 to 5 here but come on, who doesn’t love a good rice krispy every now and again? These taste just like one that are packed with gluten, even my kids love them.

  5. Simple Mills Crackers - I discovered these through Thrive Market but I love that I can now grab them on Amazon or in most stores now. They are so good alone or with hummus, meat/cheese, etc. These are my go to for charcuterie boards!

  6. Skinny Pop Popcorn - Hands down the best popcorn there is. Just the right amount of salt and packed with so much flavor. I love these so much and grab them often.

  7. GF Oreos - Okay, I don’t buy these a lot because I will eat the entire package but gosh, when you want a cookie sometimes an Oreo is the only thing that hits the spot. The day they came out with GF ones, we all rejoiced, haha.

I also grab for lots of fresh fruit and veggies plus dips freshly made at our local grocery store a lot. I am a big snacker, I would rather eat a bunch of snacks than a big heavy meal so I am always on the lookout for new GF snacks, if you have any suggestions, I would love for you to send them my way!
