Favorite Drugstore Makeup

Happy Monday friends!

I hope you had a great weekend spending time doing things that make you feel refreshed, excited and ready to take on a new week. We spent the weekend on the water and it was so nice to have fresh air, sunshine, family time and down time. We have had a colder winter/spring in Florida than we are used to and it delayed boating season (for us at least) so it felt nice to have great weather this weekend and get out on the water.

Today, as I was getting ready I was doing my makeup and realized how many drug store finds I am loving lately so I thought that I would share. I don’t know about you but for me, the cost of makeup seems to keep skyrocketing so I keep being drawn to more affordable makeup and hair products as I replace my more expensive ones. I also think that as we head into the hottest time of the year, I want less makeup and lighter makeup for my daily use so spending less on my products just goes in line with using less makeup too.

Now, some of the packaging that I have has changed (like the mascara from Ulta, which I know its technically “drugstore” but it is their brand so I felt like it counted in this post). The blush especially I feel like has some of the best pigment and color of any blush that I have ever used and the ELF foundation is something I will never not use, I get so many compliments on my makeup since switching, cannot recommend that one enough!

I overall keep my makeup pretty simple and can do it all in under 10 minutes which is a huge win in my book!
