Amazon Lately

I feel like Amazon has been showing up at my house a lot lately now that school and cheer have started. It is so hard to find time to run to the store to grab all the random things that we need throughout the week like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, school supplies, etc. As anyone in the family tells me they need something, I add it to the cart and thankfully it shows up to my house a couple days later at most. I love supporting small businesses but sometimes, Amazon is just what is needed especially when I would be running to Target or Walmart to shop anyways!

While most of our deliveries have been super practical and everyday things that we need, there have been some fun things that have shown up and I thought I would share with you those….

First up, I saw someone on IG recommend this book. I can’t remember exactly who it was but I immediately added it to my wishlist and when I finished the personal development book I was reading, I ordered this one and I have already outlined most of what I have read. It is so good and I love that it is written by a women who runs a business so she understands the push and pull of life. Highly recommend.

Next up, I have been loving the ballet flat trend and finally pulled the trigger on a few pairs. When something is super trendy and/or out of my comfort zone I like to order a super affordable pair of whatever it is (be it shoes, jeans, accessories, etc) before investing in a designer piece. This way I can see if I really will wear them and if I don’t wear them often, I didn’t spend a ton of extra money on them.

These ballet flats were less than $40 each and I love them all. They are all super comfortable and I seriously cannot wait to style them with so many outfits all fall long.

I had the tea pitcher in the background of my stories a couple days ago and I got so many messages for the link. It seems like you ladies love tea as much as we do and this pitcher has been so good. I love the size and the style of it and it has been great for everyday use.

Last week I had a cleaning appointment and truthfully, I thought I had a cavity because I had some sensitivity in my back took. Turns out it isn’t a cavity but it is enamel wearing off my tooth because I am a little heavy handed and apparently grinding my teeth at night. I am going to start wearing my retainer every night again to help but the dentist also suggested this toothbrush and toothpaste. I can already feel the sensitivity lessening.

You ladies know that I love this brand’s shampoo and conditioner so much so when my dry shampoo ran out I immediately ordered this one and OMG I love it so much. The smell is amazing, it doesn’t build up and I am so excited I found it.

Last but not least, I have been decorating my new office and I needed to have some pictures so I ordered these nails and hangers. I love that they are gold and I love that they were super cheap! Joe thinks it is so unnecessary that they are pretty but I think it’s just an added bonus.
