Friday Favs

Happy Friday friends!! This week went by so fast and it was a good one. We are starting to find out summer rhythm between work and fun (and resting) and while it isn’t perfect we are getting closer and closer to a routine that is going to work for the girls and I.

Summer hours are the best but are super hard as well and it usually takes us all a couple weeks to adjust.

But we are getting there and today, I am excited to share with you some favorite from our week.

Savannah and Paisley have been so helpful so far this summer. I told them I would pay them some over the summer if they helped me and that was a huge motivation, haha. But they are also old enough to realize that if they help me with some things, we can get to the fun stuff quicker. Yesterday they helped me unpack and hang new arrivals. And earlier this week, they helped with a photoshoot.

I also love finding these on my phone as they help…

Some work favorites from the week…

On Wednesday I announced a really fun change coming to Gathered and officially launched our new website! I am so excited that my friend Sheena is going to partner with me on the new direction of Gathered and for all we have in store. We have had such a great reaction to the changes and already have some of our exsisting members joining us!

And yesterday, Shop Rooted and Free launched a brand new collection all about activewear! I am loving every single piece but especially the tennis dress and skirt! If you haven’t checked out the new collection, I would love if you would!

A favorite was pairing the dress with a denim jacket to take the girls the trampoline park since it is always so cold in there. It was the perfect match!

The girls favorite, a little room refresh for them. We added a desk chair and some fun posters to their wall after they took these pictures but they are so excited to have a little refresh and rearranging…girls after my own heart. Plus, we got rid of so much clutter and junk they weren’t using anymore.

This cutie finished phase 1 of braces and got them removed on Tuesday. She isn’t quite ready yet for phase 2 so for now, we have a retainer and we wait until her mouth is ready for the full set of braces. Taking them off and seeing her a smile was a favorite, she looks so much older and so cute!

Last but not least, this week the girls and I met friends at the beach for an evening of fun and a beautiful sunset. The boys went fishing on the boat while we were there and it was just the best night. Sometimes we take for granted living 20 miles from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We’ve got a fun weekend ahead of boating and I have a private work event tomorrow that I will be popping up at.
