Friday Favorites 11.17.23

It has been a hot minute since I have done this but, today I am linking back up with Andrea and Erika for another Friday Favorites and I am super excited! If you have been here for a while you know that this fall has kicked my butt on time and the blog had to be put on the back burner a little bit but I am excited to jump back in and be here for this link up,

Let’s dive in to my favorite things that have and are happening this week….

First up, Shop Rooted and Free (my online and pop up boutique if you are new here) is doing a really fun Pink Friday sale this weekend! Pink Friday is an annual shopping event held each November with one mission: #SUPPORTSMALLFIRST --basically, it's Black Friday but with a focus on small businesses.

This weekend, online only we have our last big sale of 2023...Buy 1 Get 1 50% off.

Speaking of the boutique, yesterday we launched a fun pop culture and gift collection and while it isn’t included in the sale, it has been one of my favorite fun collections to put together. These are the 2 items that inspired it all because while I was never out of my *Nsync Era, I am excited to see other people back in it with me!

Another recent favorite is my go-to fall drink — Apple Cider Mimosa. I made these for Joe and I on Sunday and I knew I had to share the recipe with you, it is so good and the perfect fall cocktail!

I share the recipe on my blog here and I promise that it is so simple I almost hesitate to call it a recipe, ha!

I also made a reel making it if you are more of a visual person, you can find that here! If you try it, let me know what you think we will definitely be having some more this weekend.

Everyday casual outfits are always my jam but this one has been one I have been grabbing for again and again. Both the jeans and tee are from Target and are such a great affordable option for everyday wear when you want to be simple and comfy but still be cute.

Last but not least, the girls and I finally saw the Taylor Swift movie and surprisingly, I loved it. They of course did too and grabbed all the merch to go with it but truthfully, I was sort of dreading a 3 hour concert on a screen and I was so shocked at how engaged and into I was. I have tried multiple times to get tickets to the concert and I am always on the waitlist so this was a great alternative to spending $3k+ on tickets for us to go.

It was a fun girls day and it may have turned me into a baby Swiftie!
